When the Federal Government is under a Continuity of Government, all 3 Branches of Government are to perform their ESSENTIAL functions to maintain constitutional government.  That means the Constitution is on a pause and the Military is in a Military Occupancy which is found in the Law of War Manual which is the Department of Defense's guideline and handbook.

That does not mean the Military is overthrowing the government.  Be careful who you follow when they say that's what we're advocating.  That couldn't be farther from the truth.  The Oath that every soldier takes from 10 U.S. Code 502 specifically says:

"I do solemnly swear to SUPPORT and DEFEND the CONSTITUTION of the United States against ALL enemies, foreign AND domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to REGULATIONS and the UNIFORM of MILITARY JUSTICE, so help me God."

Interesting… the Constitution is first mentioned.  It doesn't say to support and defend the President.  It says the Constitution.  The same Constitution the Military Justice Act of 2016 clarified and supported our Founders for the first time in U.S. History.

Which is why Marbury vs. Madison, 1803, is vitally important.  The case of Marbury vs. Madison established the principle of judicial review in the United States, meaning that American courts have the power to strike down laws and statutes that they find to violate the Constitution of the United States.

Ruling on Marbury vs. Madison, 1803:

The Military Justice Act of 2016 was written by the United States Supreme Court BEFORE the Courts - Judicial Branch, Congress - Legislative Branch, and Presidency - Executive Branch went under a Continuity of Government… and was not passed until the 2017 National Defense Authorization Act which is the Defense budget which would be a National Essential Function.

The MJA 2016 clarifies 3 major things that have not been clarified since the Foundation of Military:

1. Military Laws supersedes Civilian Laws.
2. President and Commander-in-Chief are separate.
3. Commander-in-Chief (Article II) is separate from Article III (Federal Government)

Meaning, the United States Military, can act without Congress supporting the Declaration of Independence which specially says:

“That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.”

On March 13, 2020, CIC DJT declared a National Emergency with Proclamation 9994, and on March 27, 2020, he Federalized 1 MILLION Reserve Components to Active-Duty.  That is a DIRECT MILITARY ORDER from the Commander-in-Chief.  Donald John Trump is not the Commander-in-Chief of the People.  He is the Commander-in-Chief of the Military.  That is a DIRECT ORDER.

On March 30, 2020, CIC DJT held a major Press Conference on "Covid" in which he told the whole damn world what his 'jab' was…  36 million doses of Hydroxychloroquine and 1 million doses of Chloroquine administered to the Government and Hospitals and said more would come.  ORIGIN matters.  It's not my fault no one would listen to us that knew.  And it's not my fault your Hospital CEOs, Boards, and Doctors wouldn't take a stand for the Laws and Orders in place.  Welcome to Crimes Against Humanity… also found in these "nonsense" dot GOV sites.

As long as Donald John Trump is doing the 3 S's of the Military: Showering, Shaving, and Shi….g, he holds that command.  However, not only was it a direct order, but he also put it in Executive Order 13912… and has 4 codes in it: 10 U.S. Code 12302, and 3 from Title 14, that specifically call into duty (when enacted / invoked) all Ready Reserves and retired, prior service, and officers of the Coast Guard.

United States, involved arguments about the exact meaning of terms like 'national defense'.

But Gorin was not a freakin' Commander-in-Chief operating under a Military Occupancy and Continuity of Government.  HUGE difference.

Thomas Paine in 1777 published information from the Committee of Secret Correspondence about France's aid to the American revolutionary war effort; he was simply fired.  Alexis de Tocqueville also commented on the casual nature in which he was given original documents into his permanent possession just by asking for them.  The storage of documents was haphazard as well.

There must be a 'value' put on learning the truth before documents are or have to be unsealed.  Majority of Americans need to value, appreciate, and take pride in the Foundation of America.  Which means Americans need to learn the difference in Politics and Government… and understand the line was drawn in the sand in 2016 by the United States Military Generals with a World Alliance who are in operations to obliterate the Deep State aka the Swamp to drain that political side where 'we the people' can take back our Government with Checks n' Balances our Founders put into place where it doesn't create this crap show effect of the multilayered divisions and splitting of hairs.

This isn't just another 4 years of Politics.  Everyone's watching the most brilliant Chess game played, and it's all been planned for a LONG time, and the good guys are in control.

Dessa Title 18 US Code har motsvarighet i den svenska Brottsbalken.

Kan det finnas en anledning att alla är så rädda för att svara på hur de äger giltighet, månne?

Brottsbalk (1962:700) (BrB) 17 kap.  15 §  Giver någon sig obehörigen ut för att utöva myndighet, dömes för föregivande av allmän ställning till böter eller fängelse i högst sex månader.  Detsamma skall gälla, om någon obehörigen bär uniform, märke eller annat tjänstetecken som giver honom sken av att tillhöra försvarsmakten eller annan kår i det allmännas tjänst eller kår, vars verksamhet avser allmän samfärdsel eller allmänhetens förseende med vatten, ljus, värme eller kraft.

Brottsbalk (1962:700) (BrB) 17 kap.  15 §  2 st.  Är brottet med hänsyn till att det har medfört betydande men för det allmänna eller för någon enskild eller eljest att anse som grovt, skall dömas till fängelse i högst två år.  Lag (1999:792).

I slutet av "England does NOT exist!" videon talas om att ställa fredliga frågor "varför måste jag lyda?" och om de på papper säger att du måste så är det slaveri med upp till livstids fängelse på straffskalan.

Det de gör är att göra det olidligt för de som inte lyder.

De lär som vanligt svara att det är svensk lag.  Sedan har FN:s urvattnade MR att man ändå måste lyda.  Den är inte i närheten av den amerikanska självständighetsförklaringen härvidlag.  Följdfrågan blir ändå, måste man lyda svensk lag, hotar ni med någon konsekvens om man inte vill?  Då blir svaret från BrB.  Då blir nästa följdfråga, om jag inte konkret har skadat någon men ändå får konsekvens utifrån BrB, betyder det inte att jag har tagits i slaveri under BrB reglemente, och är det inte ett mycket allvarligt brott att idka slaveri, står utövarna av BrB över förbud mot slaveri i Sverige?

Kanske de, om de alls ids svara, hänvisar till konventionstexten med FN, den MR deklarationen.  Det är fortfarande en konvention som godkänner att stater håller medborgare som slavar.  Det är ett djupt hål att nysta sig upp ur.  Men FN måste upplösas.  Det visar inte minst philanthropath kontrollen över WHO (philanthropath, fr. philanthropist + psychopath).

Remember the ‘Reason for the Season’… today you’ll see a lot of posts from people who will misconstrue or attempt to rewrite History as many have sought to do.

Our Nation was founded in the MIDDLE of a Revolutionary WAR.

The Founders kicked off the war on April 19, 1775, at the Battle of Lexington and Concord.

Then founded the Army on June 14, 1775.

Then founded the War Articles (first Military Law / Regulations) on June 30, 1775.

Then founded the Navy on October 13, 1775.

Then founded the Continental Marine Corps on November 10, 1775.

Then founded the first Flag, the Grand Union Flag, on December 3, 1775.

War, Military establishment, and Military Law and Regulations establishment, LONG before the Declaration.

Then came the Declaration of Independence.  Just let that phrase marinate.  The Founders declaring Independence…

Then went back on battlefield and fought 7 more years.

Then came the Congress swearing in the United States Flag, the new Stars and Stripes Flag, not Grand Union Flag anymore, on June 14, 1777, the 2 year Birthdate of the Army.  No coincidence.  51 days later, it flew in the bloodiest battle of the Revolutionary War at Fort Schuyler in the Battle of Oriskany.

Then came the first Constitution, the Articles of Confederation, November 15, 1777.

Then 10 years later the new Constitution was drafted and finished on September 17, 1787, but did not go into use until 1789.

If you read the Declaration of Independence… it always reads in future tense.  And SPECIFICALLY gives WE THE PEOPLE the right to:

“When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We must PROTECT the Foundation… and stop all of those misconstruing and trying to change and rewrite the meaning and history of this great Nation.

I’m not reinventing the wheel here.  I took the CURRENT Laws and Orders put into place that outline a blueprint of the Military Occupancy and Continuity of Government.

The Federal Continuity Directives outline two major bullets: Devolution and Reconstitution.

The two canopy Directives were issued January 17, 2017, and June 13, 2017.  The most recent was issued April 2023.

If they don’t mean anything, why was the most recent issued April 2023 and the most RECENT piece of Legislation and Law inside it, says: “consistent with Executive Order 13961,” which is CIC Trump’s: Federal Mission Resilience Strategy? 🤭

Everyone has literally been watching a shadow government under a Military Occupancy found in the Law of War Manual while the government is under a Continuity of Operations Plan found in all of the 7 FCD issuances with an emphasis on Devolution and Reconstitution.

It’s an epic, Biblical, Monumental, and Historical Special Operation… all written in Laws and Orders being carried out and enforced…

People want to know how to get more involved… you cannot get involved if you don’t know the Framework of what’s been in place and was put in place 🤷🏽‍♂️

Det är alldeles för stort även för relativt vakna normies att ta in att det inte kan finnas någon skyldighet att söka licens hos någon annan för det du ska ha rätt att göra ändå, och om du inte hade sådan rätt ändå, hur skulle någon annan i så fall ha rätt att ge dig den rätten som du i så fall annars inte skulle ha rätt till?  Varifrån kom deras rätt?  Var menar de att en sådan rätt skulle komma från?  Men de har aldrig tänkt igenom saken.  Denna typ av förståelse saknas:

"If the state converts a liberty into a privilege the citizen can engage in the right with impunity" [Shuttlesworth v Birmingham , 373 USs 262]  {Sidan 22 av 28, bifogad PDF s. 11.}

Det värsta är att eftersom de inte förstår så kan de inte heller se hur detta måste ge rätt till återställelse, till skadestånd och så vidare.

De förstår inte vilka allvarliga brott de stöder.  När de istället borde hjälpa till att lagföra brottslingarna så att de systematiska brotten upphör, till allas välgång.

Genom SEC och U.S. Code kan Riksgälden och Svenska bolag stå under förenta staternas jurisdiktion.  Kan även Regeringen hamna under DOJ och vad händer då när DOJ solitt hamnar under den ursprungliga konstitutionen…?

Begreppet color of law innebär något som presenteras som lag men som inte kan vara lag.  Vi skulle kunna kalla det felaktig lag.  I Sverige har Lagrådet som försöker försvara vad som kan vara lag ofta körts över.  Den som använder det som presenteras som lag men inte kan vara det, även om det plitas ned i "den blå boken", är inte utan straffansvar för den skada detta kan orsaka.  Men det behövs att riktig rätt återupprättas för att de som skadats av sådant bedrägeri ska kunna ges den upprättelse de förtjänar och de brottslingar som använder det som inte kan vara lag får de straff de förtjänar.

Ett "narradigm" är det operativa paradigmet i normie medvetandet.  Det är normies synpunkt & grund för alla deras beslut på daglig basis.
Narradigmet är ett paradigm som skapas inte genom utbildning och samlad erfarenhet av världen som skapar en sammanhängande förståelse av den verklighet som omger oss, utan snarare genom att narradigmet slits in i normie människans sinne genom konstant och ändlös upprepning av ett narrativ som är utformat för att stödja och förstärka en specifik agenda för en utomstående organisation.
Det nuvarande narrativet i Washington, och alla dessa andra, Förenta staterna, har varit ett pågående arbete under åtminstone de senaste 60 åren, ända sedan mordet på JFK.  Det har varit en mycket kostsam och lång process att skapa detta nuvarande narrativ.
Narradigm är konstruerade kulturella vanföreställningar.  Vi lever i tiderna av WEF:s (*world economic forum) narradigm.
WEF:s narradigm är nu döende.
Narradigmets död kommer också att göra slut på WEF.
Dagliga händelser bekräftar WEF:s narradigms död.  Vi ser det i folkets förkastande av WOKE och kritisk ras teori, CRT, globalt.  Vi ser det i folkets förkastande av WEF:s bluff om klimatförändringarna.  Vi ser det i uppvaknande inför bluffen med den kovidiska pandemin bland befolkningen.
Dessa är alla tecken på att WEF:s narradigm spricker, splittras.

Runt omkring er blir tecknen större dagligen.  Den amerikanska militären verkställer inte längre WEF:s mandat för #deathshots för en pandemi som är uppdiktad från statistik och "utvalda" politiker som agerar på olagliga och konstitutionsvidriga sätt.  Ännu en spricka i WEF:s vägg av vanföreställningar som stöds av fångade medier och kontrollerade sociala medier.
Utlämnandet av Twitter-filerna har hittills mottagits utomordentligt väl av normie befolkningen, som i miljoner vaknar upp inför korruptionen som är endemisk i det WEF-kontrollerade system de arbetar i, och med vilket WEF tidigare kontrollerade normie-paradigmet med deras narrativ.
Se nu hur djupstaten / Deep State [DS] har släppt ut sina helveteshoror, medierna, för att göra slut på Biden-regimen, nu när hans korruption har smutsat ner den alltför mycket för att den ska kunna återhämta sig.  Ännu en spricka i narradigmet.
När Narradigmet nu spricker och splittras och smulas sönder framför deras ögon har WEF bara feghetens tillflyktsort…förnekelse, rädsla och flykt.
Titta nu på deras Prakt, som visas upp vid deras Davos-möte.  Den finaste maten, det finaste boendet, de finaste reseformerna och det värsta av mänskligheten, allt skyddat av tiotusentals poliser och militärer eftersom WEF är så säkra på Populansens reaktion.
WEF är säkra, helt övertygade bortom tvivel att de noggrant kan förutsäga hur alla människor kommer att reagera på deras planer.
Det är därför de lever fängslade av sin "säkerhet".
Det är därför WEF lever i rädsla.
De VET.
Lagstiftare, vet du var du befinner dig i denna manifesterande verklighet?  Är du säker på att du förstår vad som händer när WEF:s narrativ faller isär och avslöjar allt?
